This page is for HomeStove Foodie and HomeStove Chef users who want to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data, including users who no longer have the app installed.
If you can still sign in, the fastest path is Profile or More → Delete accountinside the app. That creates a verified request tied to your account.
1. Request deletion without the app
Email us from an address you can access and include your account type, registered phone number, and name. We may send a one-time verification code to the registered phone number before completing the request.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and verify account ownership.
- We close and anonymize the account within 30 days after verification.
- Public profile, saved addresses, photos, device tokens, and optional profile data are removed.
- Order, tax, payment, payout, fraud-prevention, and KYC records may be retained securely where required by law, then deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
