Drishya discovered his love for the culinary arts at the age of six, beginning with basic knife skills and a growing curiosity for food. Raised in a home where cooking was a celebration and a shared family activity, he developed a passion for experimenting with recipes and learning far beyond his years. As his interest deepened, his family supported him in building both his culinary knowledge and confidence, which eventually led to the launch of House of Bakers in 2017. Alongside cooking, Drishya also became known as one of India’s youngest food critics. He has explored food across a wide spectrum, from five-star hotels and popular restaurants to humble roadside dhabas, always sharing thoughtful views on taste, texture, and presentation. Deeply inspired by chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez, Sanjeev Kapoor, and Ranveer Brar, Drishya continues to refine his craft with remarkable passion, discipline, and ambition.
