A seasoned hospitality professional with 20+ years of experience, Dristy Srivastava is a multi-functional, entrepreneurial leader known for driving business growth in new and challenging markets. She combines strong communication, consultative sales, sharp negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a deep ability to understand client needs and deliver practical business solutions. Coming from an Indian Air Force family background, Dristy is recognized for her energy, leadership, and achievements. She received the Dr. Sarojini Naidu Award in 2018 for her exceptional contribution to developing women entrepreneurs and was also a Mrs. India Finalist in 2016, reflecting her confidence, versatility, and ability to represent organizations at both national and international levels.
Drishya discovered his love for the culinary arts at the age of six, beginning with basic knife skills and a growing curiosity for food. Raised in a home where cooking was a celebration and a shared family activity, he developed a passion for experimenting with recipes and learning far beyond his years. As his interest deepened, his family supported him in building both his culinary knowledge and confidence, which eventually led to the launch of House of Bakers in 2017. Alongside cooking, Drishya also became known as one of India’s youngest food critics. He has explored food across a wide spectrum, from five-star hotels and popular restaurants to humble roadside dhabas, always sharing thoughtful views on taste, texture, and presentation. Deeply inspired by chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez, Sanjeev Kapoor, and Ranveer Brar, Drishya continues to refine his craft with remarkable passion, discipline, and ambition.
